Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund schedule

| Flight delay or cancellation | Rescheduled at no charge — even on the day of travel |

2. How to cancel or reschedule
Send a WhatsApp message to +84 70 557 7005 or email [email protected] with your booking reference. We confirm cancellation within 30 minutes during 06:00–22:00 Hanoi time and within 2 hours overnight.
3. Refund processing
- Card payments — refunded to the original card within 5 business days; bank settlement may take an additional 1–10 days.
- Bank transfer / Wise — refunded to the originating account within 3 business days.
- Cash payments — refunded to a bank account or Wise account you nominate, within 3 business days.
4. Group bookings
Group bookings of 6 or more passengers follow the same schedule, applied to the total amount. Partial cancellations within a group are allowed: only the cancelled seats are charged according to the schedule above.
5. Force Majeure
For events outside reasonable control — typhoons, earthquakes, government-ordered airport closure, civil unrest, large-scale outages — full refund or free reschedule applies regardless of the time window.
